This week, we’ll be discussing the composition of a work team within a company. A diverse workforce refers to a group of employees of different types. There employees may have different cultures, backgrounds, and even genders. Consider the following question: If a company hires a diverse workforce and allows them to work together in the same workplace, what kind of impact will this have on the company’s productivity? A positive or negative impact? Why?
Kelly
I think having a diverse workforce work together in the same workplace can have a positive impact on the company’s productivity. By working together, employees can interact with different individuals and have more fun and joyful work experience.
Paul
I believe that having different employees working together will have a negative impact on the company’s productivity. Employees with different cultural backgrounds may misinterpret each other, causing disagreements in viewpoints and approaches. This could lead to a decrease in the company’s efficiency.

#03 托福寫作備考3步走
寫作作為托福里“又要邏輯又要語言能力”的一部分，一直是很多托?？忌y以突破的一科，今天我們?yōu)榇蠹曳窒硗懈懽鱾淇嫉?個(gè)步驟，看看寫作備考怎么備考、每個(gè)階段應(yīng)該備考到什么程度。
?? STEP 1：先寫對句子
首先要能寫出正確的句子，然后需要明白考官眼中的加分句子和詞匯是什么，這樣才能知彼知己、百戰(zhàn)不殆；
如果有的學(xué)生寫句子的問題都比較大的話，我們在課程中也有對應(yīng)的帶練，至少讓同學(xué)們在寫作初期先“走起來”。
??STEP 2：理清邏輯充實(shí)內(nèi)容
基礎(chǔ)打扎實(shí)之后，接下來就可以結(jié)構(gòu)化寫作練習(xí)了，先打好框架，再梳理清楚邏輯關(guān)系，最后是充實(shí)優(yōu)化內(nèi)容；
對于綜合寫作的部分，前期聽力的準(zhǔn)備也是很有必要的，需要精聽練習(xí)起來，多記錄有效的信息。
??STEP3：考前強(qiáng)化
范文考前強(qiáng)化，模考練習(xí)，知道弱點(diǎn)在哪里，查漏補(bǔ)缺。
